Who Are We?

Freedom Academy is a non-profit charter school headquartered and operated here in Phoenix, Arizona. We have been providing our educational services to the greater Phoenix area for over 14 years. Many families drive great distances in order for their children to attend our school because of our excellence.

At Freedom Academy, we pride ourselves on the rich education we provide for students as well as the genuine, heart-felt care we offer each child. We look forward to meeting each and every one of you.

Our school offers traditional K-8 education, enriched with character building, and teamed with technology, art, and P.E. After-school clubs and sports programs are offered. This year, we had basketball, flag football, soccer, and cheer in addition to various after school opportunities.

For our middle school students, we host a NJHS leadership program. This program allows middle school students the opportunity to grow and develop their leadership skills, starting with school involvement. The leadership students serve as role models in their school community and are often actively participating in events at school. Younger students are encouraged by the example leadership students set and can't wait to get involved themselves when they enter middle school! We also offer an after-school Homework Club for all grade levels.

Freedom Academy is a well-established school with an excellent reputation where enrollment fills quickly. We offer opportunities for parents to be involved with every step of their child’s education. Children are given the tools they need to grow in mind, body and character. We feature strong academics, dedicated teachers and staff, a focus on the family, and a child-centered approach to learning. Freedom Academy is a fully accredited academic institution under Advanced-Ed/NCA, an internationally renowned company provided certification for qualified schools around the world. Freedom Academy is also an A-rated school through the Arizona Department of Education.

Freedom Academy is an asbestos free school. Our inspections and statement from our builder that we are asbestos free is available in the office for review.

Freedom Academy's campus is located in northeast Phoenix, close to Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. Our campus was built from scratch to our specifications, and designed to facilitate the best possible learning environment for your child. While our school is mostly full, there is still some availability and we encourage you to submit an application.
