Dear Freedom Academy Parents,
I hope you are doing well. On behalf of the Freedom Academy Board of Directors, I am thrilled to share some wonderful news about our school’s leadership.
After a rigorous search process, we are proud to announce that Laurine Stafin has been selected as the new Principal of Freedom Academy for the 2025–26 school year!
Laurine is a dynamic, experienced leader with a deep commitment to academic excellence and a heart for students and families. Throughout her career—as a school administrator, educator, and instructional coach—she has consistently elevated school performance, built thriving teams, and fostered positive, structured learning environments. Most recently, Laurine served as Assistant Director of Academics at American Leadership Academy, where she led a large team of teachers, developed school-wide instructional systems, and championed student success.
What impressed us most is Laurine’s clear vision: a school where every child is known, challenged, and celebrated. She brings a spirit of collaboration, a relentless focus on student growth, and a belief that schools should be places of both rigor and joy.
With Laurine at the helm, Freedom Academy is entering a new chapter—one marked by renewed energy, high expectations, and a deep commitment to nurturing every student’s full potential. We are confident her leadership will help us deliver on our promise: to be a place where students thrive, families feel proud, and excellence is the standard.
With that said, we invite you to participate in a meet-and-greet with Principal Stafin on Thursday, July 17th. We will have an in-person and virtual opportunity to hear directly from Mrs. Stafin.
